Shipping Policy

DutchmanLinx uses USPS for all shipments within the United States. Default shipping is USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. General fulfillment time is 1-3 business days for all chain and jewelry orders.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon order placement for your USPS package to arrive.

All orders require a confirmed shipping address at checkout. DutchmanLinx is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.

PO Boxes
We accept PO Box addresses via USPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dutchmanlinx@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
