At DutchmanLinx we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every piece we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return the item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of scratches, damage, or signs of use
- Returned in original packaging including the velvet pouch and box
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discounted price
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at dutchmanlinx@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the item
- Wait for our response with return instructions before shipping anything back
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified within 2-3 business days. If approved your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dutchmanlinx@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — DutchmanLinx is not responsible for lost return packages
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Return your item and place a new order for the desired piece.
