Shipping Policy

DutchmanLinx uses USPS for all shipments within the United States. Default shipping is USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days once your order ships.

Processing Time
Items in stock ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. Many of our chains are made to order and require 4-6 weeks for production before they ship. Each product page indicates whether an item is in stock or made to order. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address
All orders require a confirmed shipping address at checkout. DutchmanLinx is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.

PO Boxes
We accept PO Box addresses via USPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dutchmanlinx@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Production time for made-to-order items applies before international shipping begins.
